Accessibility statement

A site everyone can use.

Our commitment

Scarpello Consulting wants every property owner, CPA and visitor to be able to learn about our services and reach our team, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not a step at the end.

Conformance status

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. It has been checked by its designers but has not yet been formally audited by an independent third party, so we describe it as intended to conform rather than fully conformant.

What we've done

  • Text and controls meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content.
  • Buttons and links offer touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels.
  • Pages use one main heading, a logical heading order and labelled landmarks for screen readers.
  • Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text, and errors are explained next to the field.
  • Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • There is no autoplaying audio or video. Smooth scrolling and entrance animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Content reflows to a 320-pixel-wide screen without horizontal scrolling and remains readable at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

Team headshots are older, low-resolution photographs and may appear soft on large screens. Case-study figures are summarized from our published study reports; contact us if you need the full figures in another format. We continue to review the site and will correct issues as we find them.
